Our Return Policy

At Nexus EV, we understand that selecting the perfect mobility scooter, enclosed mobility scooter, or golf cart is an important decision, and the right choice varies for everyone. To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 20% restocking fee for eligible returns.

 

Please note: Vehicles with more than 10km of usage are not eligible for return. All items must be clean, unused, and free of scratches to qualify. Customers are responsible for the safe and proper use of their vehicle. Nexus EV is not liable for any personal damages or injuries incurred during use. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

At Nexus EV, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. We allow order cancellations within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to a 3% administrative fee, unless a replacement has been arranged with our support team. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will offer a full refund or discuss a suitable substitute before shipping.

 

Please note: Orders cancelled after shipping will be subject to our standard Return Policy outlined above. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If an order is refused or a delivery is missed, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee. At Nexus EV, we strive to provide high-quality mobility scooters, enclosed mobility scooters, and golf carts, but we understand that occasional defects can occur. We thoroughly inspect every vehicle before shipping, but if you notice a manufacturer defect within the first year of purchase, we’ve got you covered. You can bring your vehicle in for a free inspection.

 

Please note: Nexus EV reserves the right to determine whether an issue is due to a manufacturer defect, user damage, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Any confirmed defective parts will be handled according to our warranty policy. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

At Nexus EV, we stand behind the quality of our mobility scooters, enclosed mobility scooters, and golf carts. We guarantee that all new vehicles and their main components are free from manufacturing defects for one year, provided they are used and maintained properly. Customer’s Warranty begin the day the unit is purchased. They cover 100% factory defects and defaults only (up to 600 km).

The warranty does not cover the following conditions:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of components due to regular use.
  • Improper Assembly: Any issues arising from incorrect assembly or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
  • Lack of Routine Maintenance: Damage resulting from insufficient or improper maintenance.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold.
  • Accidental Damage, Misuse, or Neglect: Issues caused by accidents, abuse, or improper usage.
  • Labor Costs: Expenses related to part replacements, repairs, or changeovers that are not explicitly covered by the manufacturer.
  • Commercial Use: Products utilized for rental, demonstration, security fleets, or any other commercial activities are not covered under standard consumer warranties.

 

For warranty claims or additional assistance, please reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to helping you resolve any product-related concerns efficiently.

  • Main components covered: Frame, motor, display, and controller.
  • Battery & charger warranty: 6 months (unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer).

If a defective part is reported within the warranty period, we will replace it at our discretion. However, repair and labor costs are not covered.

 

Please note: The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made. This warranty only covers repair or replacement of the product and its accessories. Nexus EV is not liable for any additional losses, damages, or liabilities arising from product use. Some brands we sell may have different warranty policies—please check individual product details.
